Cassie Porter, M.A.,

Cassie Porter is the founder and lead consultant at Insightful Minds Educational Services, LLC. With a Master's of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Montclair State University and an Educational Services Certificate in School Psychology, Cassie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of educational consultation.
Cassie began her career in psychology after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio University. Over the years, she has served as a school psychologist in various New Jersey public schools, including Caldwell-West Caldwell Public Schools, Secaucus Public Schools, Montclair Public Schools, Jersey City Public Schools, and more. Her diverse experience has allowed her to work with students of all ages and backgrounds, providing psychological evaluations, individual and group counseling, and case management.
Throughout her career, Cassie has been a dedicated advocate for students, working closely with Early Intervention (EI), intervention and referral services (I&RS) teams, conducting anti-bullying initiatives, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and related service providers. She has a strong commitment to supporting the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally—and to ensuring that every student receives the individualized attention and resources they need to succeed.

Her approach is grounded in empathy, integrity, and a belief in the power of education to transform lives.
